It's not working for me either. I tried calling even, but it won't connect. I have a really bad feeling about this.

[It takes a long while for Mikan to get back to Komaeda, both because of the length of time to get there and to thoroughly make sure there is, indeed, no trace of Hinata, and also because she doesn't know how to say it. She doesn't want to say it.]
Gone. It's all gone.
Maybe he moved?
I don't know. Should we call someone? [The...police? Maybe?? She doesn't know]
no subject
[Of course his first thought isn't that Hinata moved, he goes straight to the worst possible options. Something bad happened to him. Or she did something.]
Who would we even call? Are there any clues there?
no subject
There's a police force, isn't there? What if we told them? This is a missing person report at this point, isn't it?
We could try to investigate on our own, but I don't know what we could do. It was like he'd never been here at all.
no subject
I'll be over because I want to look into it myself.
[He has to. Because he can't just accept that everything is "vanished" so easily. He can't accept the idea that all signs of Hinata's existence have been erased so easily. He couldn't handle that.]
no subject
Do you think they might. Know?
[Was this some kind of retaliation against them as Ultimate Despair or something? It makes her even more anxious, but she'll send Komaeda the address in case he doesn't know it already and will wait.]
no subject
[And that's the last response he gives before making his way to the address, not wasting any time. When he finally arrives he doesn't even knock, stepping in with his expression is stern and focused.]
... There really is nothing left.
no subject
What... should we do? What could have happened to him?
no subject
His frown deepens.]
I don't know. But this doesn't seem like it was some random act of violence or a simple missing persons' case. Besides, Hinata-kun wouldn't be taken out so easily.
no subject
So...] So what does it mean...? I can't imagine Hinata-san could've done anything to get him taken away. I don't even know who to ask about this sort of stuff with. M-maybe the head scientist people...?
[She chews on her thumbnail, uncertain.] I-I'm no good at this sort of thing...
no subject
[Again he circles the room, his steps a little more hurried. He seems relatively calm, but if Mikan looks closely she'll notice that his hands are shaking slightly. While he's a decent enough actor Komaeda is dangerously close to an anxious breakdown, warring emotions fighting for control even as he tries to step back and sort through the facts.
Other investigations had never really shaken him, but this is different. Is it only because it's Hinata? Or is it just because he can't grasp the situation?
He stops in the middle of the room, running a hand through his hair with a shudder.]
Nnn...
no subject
Komaeda-san...? [She reaches out to brush her fingertips against his arm, watching him carefully. If he was going to break down or something, she could at least be here to help him weather it out]
no subject
I haven't felt despair like this in a while... But maybe it's for the best, you know?
[At least now Hinata is safe from his luck. And her.]
no subject
...So... That means...an even brighter sort of hope will grow from it, right? [Trying to use Komaeda's own logic to make the bets of this situation. Though, he's right--If Hinata is somewhere that's not here, like home, perhaps its for the best.]
And it is Hinata-san. I'm sure if he's back home or something, he'll find a way to come get us all again. Just like he did before.
no subject
... You're right. I had been feeling like this place was almost too peaceful, but I knew this couldn't be the peak of hope either... This is just my inevitable wake-up call. An event to launch us forward into a brighter hope.
[he chuckles softly under his breath, staring at his hands for a few moments.]
If he... Doesn't come that's fine. [It isn't. he had hoped... Well. It doesn't matter. This is better.]
no subject
He'll come. I know he will. It's Hinata-san, after all. When has he ever given up on us?
no subject
You're right... Hinata-kun has always been a shining beacon of hope.
Action as discussed
And unfortunately, she didn't trust herself in public, very much. So, she had practically begged (for her) someone she trusted to come by. It didn't hurt that she figured Mikan would be willing, if she phrased it just so, but that instinct...to prey on the pliant, wasn't one she was proud of...and it was one she could easily rationalize away. She hadn't prevaricated on anything, she had explained her situation, and blessedly her friend had agreed.
Which just meant that she was waiting on the couch, knee bouncing as she sat, staring at the door until Mikan's presence drew near. Filled with nervous energy, she had to get it out somehow, lest she go off in search of trouble.
Before she can even knock, the door slides open and Kerra's walking over, a sheepish look on her face.]
...Thank you so much, Mikan. Please come in.
no subject
She smiles when the door's opened, raising a hand in greeting.]
O-of course, it's no problem! I'm always happy to help, Kerra-san!
[She tries to keep her tone confident and easy, but she still stutters nervously, eyes darting around the room to take it all in.]
U-um... So! So... I'm here...!
no subject
The room is fairly boring, no real decoration, just blank walls, a little furniture, and a rack to one side holding her lightsabers and blaster. About what you might expect from a soldier.]
So you are. And thank the stars for that. I'm...it's the moon, you know. And I'm not even going to pretend that I asked you to come over for anything but helping me through it.
I can't focus, not till I...you know...find some sort of release. I said that already, but are you sure you're okay with that...? I know it's a lot to ask.
no subject
But Mikan understands, nodding at Kerra's explanations] I understand, y-you don't have to explain yourself, Kerra-san! I-I'm happy to help... I really don't mind.
[She smiles and tilts her head to give a brief, quick kiss.] I trust you, and I want to help! So, whatever you need me to do...
no subject
...Is that your nurse's outfit?
[...Is that a tremble in Kerra's voice?]
no subject
Oh, um... [She blushes a little, even though there's nothing to really be embarrassed by] I-it is! I was out with it anyhow, s-so I didn't think to stop home to put it away or anything, so...
[She pauses then, wondering.] Should I... Put it on?
no subject
...what did she do to deserve this?]
Would you, please? I think that might be just what the doctor ordered.
no subject
G-give me just a minute. [She wants it to be something of a surprise, so she ducks aay into the bathroom to change.
Though for Kerra it might feel like an eternity, it really is only a couple minutes before she peeks her head out again from the bathroom. Mikan takes a deep breath and then steps out from behind the door, shifting her weight shyly.
The dress is short and tight, hugging at all her curves, and Mikan's gone as far as to put the little hat on her head as well.]
T-ta-dah?
no subject
When the nurse reappears, Kerra's eyes practically drink her in, scanning from head to toe in stunned silence.
Eventually, she reaches out both hands and walks over to take both of Mikan's.]
You look beautiful, Mikan. Thank you.
[She's actually stunning, but Kerra doesn't trust herself with big words right now.
She wants to make the young lady feel special.]
no subject
But after a moment she walks forward a few steps, holding out a hand to Kerra; her smile is shy, but intrigued.] But, Kerra-san is much nicer to look at... S-so... So... Won't you come over here? S-so I can see you better.
[Sure right, that's totally the reason.]
no subject
[Kerra knows she has a fairly attractive form. She's got muscles and curves and people seem drawn to her, but there's an appeal to Mikan, too. Soft and shy and sweet.
She complies without any hesitation, taking Mikan's hand and stepping closer, the other reaching for one cheek, stroking it softly with her thumb. This doesn't have to be some wild thing like last time, it can be sweet and gentle, too. Now that she's got some sort of outlet, she feels more in control.]
Is this better?
no subject
Kerra seems a bit more clear-minded now, at least, for which Mikan's grateful. She was helpful! And about to be even more so. She stands on tiptoe a little and shyly presses a kiss to her mouth, slow and a bit uncertain.
She doesn't normally initiate things and she doesn't particularly like being in control, but she knows this is where things will be headed sooner or later.]
no subject
She's glad that Mikan's comfortable enough to initiate, because it means that she isn't against this. She's still concerned for the girl's mental state, but that worry is soothed away by the affection in the touch.
After several long moments she finds herself pulling back, smiling and playfully rubbing noses with her friend.]
Thank you, Mikan.
[She pauses, still quiet.]
I'm going to pick you up, okay? I want to take you to my bed, properly this time.
no subject
The question--and offer?--makes her flustered.] O-oh! Sure, y-yes! [She blushes and her smile turns a bit shy] It'd be nice... To do this in a r-real bed. [Not that she hasn't slept with people on a real bed once or twice, but it's always nice!]
no subject
[Kerra moves quickly enough, bending and scooping Mikan up easily, settling her in her arms just like a proper princess. It's not difficult, she's not exactly heavy, after all.
Stepping forward, the Jedi moves forward, girl in arms, and makes good time getting to the bed.
Laying her out gently, Kerra looks down at her with a soft, somewhat bemused expression.]
This is much better than last time. No need to worry about being seen. And when we're done, we can relax.
no subject
The bed is much more preferable to a brick wall, that's for sure, though Mikan's face turns bright red at the mention of their first encounter.] I-I, um... That was... I w-wasn't really much myself then... The moons made all of us l-lose our heads a little...
[She mumbles excuses, embarrassed, and then smiles sheepishly.] N-not that I minded! But, it's a bit... embarrassing... [And exciting. It was definitely a thrill and she shivers pleasantly at the memory of it]
no subject
[Kerra laughs softly, setting her hands down on Mikan's knees and very gently guiding them apart before sliding up onto the bed between them.]
But yeah, I'm not much for public venues either. It's exciting sometimes, but it's sometimes nicer to be able to take our time, isn't it?
[She thinks that, anyway.]
no subject
Y-yes... This way, we don't have to worry about anyone interrupting, or... or seeing...To just go slow.
[She rests her hands on Kerra's arms a moment before running them up her shoulders, just. Feeling her. It's nice.]
Well, um... M-maybe not that slow. [Even someone like Mikan would get frustrated, after all.]
no subject
[As if to prove it, she lunges forward, making a quick jump to Mikan's exposed thigh. The soft, warm skin she attacks with a kiss, nipping it gently before she goes for the other side.]
You're such a sweet girl, Mikan. It's a wonder someone far worse than me hasn't eaten you all up yet.
no subject
I-I'm not sure about that... [She looks away shyly, though her mind reminds here that there is at least one other person out there who'd devour her, but this isn't the time to be thinking of other people. Especially not people like Junko. No thanks.
Instead she reaches out to stroke her fingers through Kerra's hair] B-besides, I like it better that it's you...
no subject
[Kerra almost sound dreamy. The hands in her hair are intoxicating, the gently affectionate nature of the gesture as erotic to her as anything she's doing to Mikan.]
Can you please keep doing that? I really like hands on my scalp.
[It makes her feel wanted and safe, things that are relatively rare.]
no subject
Of course. I'll do whatever you like, Kerra-san. [This sort of soft affection is easy for her, and...Well, it's just nice. It's nice to be warm and soft sometimes. Like with Kerra, being able to be like this with someone makes Mikan feel wanted in turn.]
It's nice like this too. Just enjoying this and basking in each other's presence. There's no obligations or expectations...
no subject
[She sighs, continuing gentle kisses, working her way upward. Yes, she still wants more, but now that she's had the opportunity to build some chroma and combat the urges it's easier to let her true feelings out.]
This isn't something I think I'll ever get enough of.
no subject
Y-yes... I like it a lot too. [She blushes darkly] I-it's not really... It's not really something you're supposed to talk about much, but... H-here, it's a lot, um... freer, I guess... It's embarrassing, but I don't feel so ashamed of liking it.
no subject
[Leave it to her to talk about this while kissing Mikan's legs, dragging her lips along pale skin.]
With the way your nurse's uniform looks, I'm not sure I believe that.
