She doesn't think his concern is a lie, and she also thinks that his insistence might be born of, you know, actually being through something. Which is concerning in and of itself, but he also didn't seem to be hiding any major, recent, huge wounds or amputations or anything when she'd been patching him up before, so she's not sure what to think.
So instead of addressing all of that, she simply says:] I'm ready!
